• • Lead delivery of GDPR compliance work for pricing models within the Move-to-Cloud programme — drove 40 pricing models through Data Protection Officer (DPO) review and validated records of over 700 models for accuracy and correctness.
• • Lead the AI Governance project for Pricing Operations — building governance structure, controls, and documentation for AI/ML use in pricing decisions, ahead of evolving EU AI regulation. Co-led AI Governance training to roll out the framework to underwriting and pricing teams.
• • Manage governance roll-out for an internal SaaS pricing and risk-decision platform, including weekly Aerospace Portfolio Reports and monthly policy-price audits.
• • Validate key pricing ratios and publish PowerBI dashboards used by underwriting and pricing leadership.
• • Streamlined and automated previously manual reporting processes using MS Power Automate; refined and optimised underperforming R scripts.
