Hi, I’m Mateusz — a JavaScript/Node.js developer based in the Netherlands (remote). I build practical web apps and AI features: chatbots, search/Q&A, and small RAG knowledge bases integrated into real products.

I’m the creator of BeAwarely — an AI-driven social + web platform. I built it end-to-end: HTML/CSS/JavaScript frontend, Node.js services, Supabase (Auth + PostgreSQL), and a self-hosted AI/RAG backend (embeddings + semantic search + merging). I also handle deployment on Linux (server setup, updates, basic monitoring).

BeAwarely is an experimental social + AI platform built with Supabase (auth, profiles, posts), a self-hosted AI backend (Node.js + Ollama + SQLite RAG) and a custom HTML/CSS/JavaScript frontend.

I designed and implemented the entire front-end architecture, including authentication flows, a social feed, user profiles, moderator tools, and multiple AI-assisted modules.

I built a self-hosted AI backend with:
• multi-model AI chat (streaming, context, model switching)
• semantic search / RAG with embeddings and LLM-based document merging
• a visual D3.js Knowledge Tree for exploring categories and documents

The platform also includes WorkVerify (anonymous work experiences with AI precheck), Faith & Reason (community voting and AI review), and Suggest a Tool (idea board with filters and local votes).

This project demonstrates full-stack development skills, AI integration, prompt engineering, data modeling, and deployment on a dedicated Linux server.

During this period I focused intensively on building my foundation in modern web development and AI.

• Practised JavaScript, HTML and CSS by building small tools and UI components
• Explored Node.js and created simple API services
• Experimented with Supabase (auth, database, storage)
• Learned Linux server setup (Ubuntu, systemd, Nginx)
• Ran local LLMs with Ollama and tested embeddings / chat models
• Built early prototypes that later evolved into the BeAwarely platform

This phase helped me understand the full development workflow and prepared me for real projects.
