•Definition of corporate analytical architectures based on Microsoft Fabric, ensuring scalability and sustainability.

•Technical leadership of the team, establishing standards, best practices, and supporting the team in defining and evolving leadership and work methodologies.

•Leader of the Visualization KNOW-HOW Clan, promoting common visualization, quality, and data storytelling criteria.

•Responsible for the internal mentor program of the Data UNE, coordinating the professional development of consultants.

•Design and delivery of internal training for technical and commercial profiles.

•Active participation in pre-sales processes, collaborating with commercial teams in defining scope, feasibility, effort estimation, and design of analytical architectures and roadmaps.

•Direct communication with clients to translate business needs into concrete analytical solutions.

🔹 Technical execution

•Supervision of developments, focusing on user experience, performance, and data quality.

•Definition of semantic models, Bronze / Silver / Gold loads, and integration of multiple sources.

•Decisions on DirectLake, Import, and hybrid models, DAX optimization, and performance tuning.

•Construction of sustainable analytical ecosystems, prepared to grow.

•Work with OLAP cubes, optimizing models and processes to improve response times and data consumption.
