I am aHigher Technician in Systems Analysis**, specializing in **Manual QAand **Functional Analyst**, with certified training in test automation that I increasingly apply in my daily work. I currently work at AtomIT, where I test and actively participate in the development of Nexus, their SaaS management platform. I also work as a functional analyst and manual tester on custom-developed systems for various clients (e.g., municipal systems). This includes field functional analysis—visiting the sectors where systems are implemented to see how they are used in practice and solve real problems—and both on-site and remote technical support. This combination gives me a comprehensive view of the product, not just the bugs.
