My goal: to ensure high-performance and reliable charging solutions for our clients. My main responsibilities: Tests and validation: Conducting qualification and non-regression tests on AC/DC chargers (OCPP, EMC, thermal tests) to ensure their compliance. Final decision on adding chargers to the IZIVIA catalog in coordination with manufacturers. In-depth testing of the local controller (industrial computer managing power) and network equipment (modems, routers). Performing charger/POS integration tests and on-site network coverage analysis (using Snyper). ️ Technical support & commissioning: L3 support during commissioning (MES) and remote diagnostics to resolve complex issues (communication, power reporting, failures...). On-site interventions in case of emergencies to troubleshoot or optimize installations. Documentation & standardization: Creating comprehensive guides for commissioning, equipment configuration, and troubleshooting. Developing templates for network configurations (modems, routers, power managers) to facilitate the work of our teams. Training & skill transfer: Technical training for new hires, supervisors, and operations managers on charging stations and connectivity solutions.
