Expert EV Charging Infrastructure at IZIVIA Passionate about electric mobility, I currently hold the position of Expert EV Charging Infrastructure at IZIVIA, where I play a key role in the qualification, commissioning, and technical support of AC and DC charging stations. My goal: to ensure high-performance and reliable charging solutions for our clients. My main responsibilities: Tests and validation: Conducting qualification and non-regression tests on AC/DC chargers (OCPP, EMC, thermal tests) to ensure their compliance. Final decision on adding chargers to the IZIVIA catalog in coordination with manufacturers. In-depth testing of the local controller (industrial computer managing power) and network equipment (modems, routers). Performing charger/POS integration tests and on-site network coverage analysis (using Snyper). ️ Technical support & commissioning: L3 support during commissioning (MES) and remote diagnostics to resolve complex issues (communication, power reporting, failures...). On-site interventions in case of emergencies to troubleshoot or optimize installations. Documentation & standardization: Creating comprehensive guides for commissioning, equipment configuration, and troubleshooting. Developing templates for network configurations (modems, routers, power managers) to facilitate the work of our teams. Training & skill transfer: Technical training for new hires, supervisors, and operations managers on charging stations and connectivity solutions. Order validation: Verifying scope files and configurations to ensure their compliance before placing orders with our logistics provider, in close collaboration with project managers and work managers.

• Participation in the study and development of the process.

• Performing functional analysis and risk analysis.

• Sizing of installation equipment (circuit breakers, contactors, PLC, PS…)

• Creation of electrical diagrams.

• Program design and integration on Siemens S7-1214C PLC and Human-Machine Interface (HMI TP 700 Comfort).

• Ensure production sustainability.

• Study and realization of electrical cabinets, panels, and boxes (electrotechnical calculations, electrical diagrams, material selection and sizing).

• Wiring of electrical cabinets.

• Installation and maintenance of indoor and outdoor factory lighting.

• Preventive maintenance of electric motors and machines (noise, oil condition, belt check....).

• Corrective maintenance of electric motors and machines (assembly, disassembly, wiring, replacement: oil, belt, bearings).

• Use of Autocad software to design electrical systems.

• Participate in the development of electrical distribution systems, including single-line diagrams, electrical equipment layout plans, and low-voltage switchboards.

• Design, realization, and maintenance of automated systems (Siemens PLCs).
