As part of an ambitious digital transformation project, I collaborated from the outset with a Cloud Architect to develop the infrastructure for a software factory, mainly under Linux.
My essential role was to participate in the architectural design as a DevOps and to contribute to the development of the overall project strategy, oriented towards an efficient migration to the Cloud.

- Participation in the design and implementation of an innovative CI/CD platform for the construction and deployment of Cloud Native applications, using GitLab, Jenkins on Kubernetes and OpenStack, Artifactory, and SonarQube.
- Automation of deployment processes via Ansible playbooks, significantly improving the efficiency and reliability of deliveries.
- Deployment of Jenkins as a Service, allowing project teams to autonomously manage their CI/CD instances and plugins, strengthening the agility and autonomy of the teams.
- Strengthening the security of build pipelines and deployments through the integration of vulnerability scans, ensuring the compliance and security of deployed applications.
- Implementation of proactive monitoring of servers and applications with Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, and Blackbox, ensuring high availability and performance of systems.
