The Digital Population service acts as an accelerator for the digital transformation of the services of the City of Yverdon-les-Bains in order to provide the population with high-value and secure services. Its skills facilitate the adoption of new tools, influence the adoption of a modern corporate culture, and support change within departments.

• Steering the digital transformation strategy of the municipal administration

• Identification and anticipation of IT risks related to digital transformation projects (impacts on service continuity and IT dependencies), integrated into master plans and the reflection on service resilience.

• Development of a global roadmap

• Cross-functional coordination between business units, IT, and external stakeholders

• Anticipation of user needs: Prospective analysis of the digital evolution needs of municipal services

• Cultural change management: Supporting teams towards the adoption of a digital culture (training, awareness)

• Technological watch and evaluation of innovative solutions for the public sector

• Management of internal RAG AI chatbot project: intranet info retrieval for collaborators (retrieval + contextualized generation).

• Participation in the planning and budget management of the department.

The Business Development & Innovation department serves as the bridge between SPIE Switzerland's operational units and their future service portfolios. Its skills and expertise support the company in developing new services and solutions around Smart City and Smart Building.

• Definition and implementation of SPIE Switzerland's innovation strategy

• Budget management: Steering the department's budget and allocating resources according to strategic priorities

• Facilitation of change management processes

• Identification of digital transformation challenges

• Establishment of a corporate innovation process. Setting up an innovation community

• Identification of solutions and technologies likely to disrupt the market and its trends

• International coordination: Leading committees with innovation representatives from several countries (Switzerland, France, Germany, Belgium, England)

• Adaptation and implementation of intrapreneurship best practices to the company's context

• Facilitating the generation of new ideas and services

• Design and facilitation of ideation (Design Thinking) and rapid decision-making workshops involving multiple stakeholders.

Responsible for the commercial segment, I focused on personal relationships and customer satisfaction. My strong interest in innovation and technology led me to Smart City and Smart Building solutions. As a representative of SPIE, co-founder and president of the CityZen association (now "Future City Alliance"), I actively participated in initiatives facilitating the provision of innovative solutions to cities wishing to transform.
