• Participation in the field evaluation of HSE personnel

• Reminder/refresher on safety rules/job practices and periodic evaluations

• Prepare, supervise, inspect construction sites for HSE aspects,

• Ensure the application and respect of IMERYS protocols on site,

• Support and advise operational teams in the field and on various projects,

• Identify and analyze non-conformities (protocols and regulations), diagnose causes and define corrective actions, then measure the effectiveness of actions and propose improvement actions,

• Raise awareness and advise personnel on HSE risks,

• Inform the Careers and HSE manager of any serious deviation or non-application of good practices

• Project management for the creation of a quality control laboratory

• Equipment installation study: creation of 2D/3D plans and flow analysis (spaghetti diagram) to optimize space and movement

• Budget negotiation with management

• Reception, testing, diagnosis and repair of laboratory equipment

• Coordination with suppliers, maintenance and other industrial sites of the group

• Sample collection, analysis, and inter-laboratory sending

• Participation in the selection and evaluation of equipment through comparative analyses

• Management of quality documentation (writing and updating)

• Presentation of project progress to management.

• Updating the DUERP (Single Document for Professional Risk Assessment)
