Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to ensure continuous data integration. Design and deploy interactive dashboards for performance indicator (KPI) tracking. Migrate BI pipelines from SSIS to GCP (BigQuery). Migrate dashboards from Qlik View to Power BI on Cloud. Write and update technical and functional documentation for tools (Confluence). Work closely with business units (process and customer experience managers) to align data solutions with strategic objectives. Train and support business teams on the implemented monitoring tools.

Collect, structure, and store data from various sources (INSEE, ministries, other official websites...). Integrate collected data into the department's working database (Provence Observatory Department). Set up dashboards (Power BI) to track certain indicators. Write statistical analysis reports on specific topics using Python, R. Contribute to quantitative, statistical, and cartographic studies for the Bouches du Rhône Departmental Council.
