Experienced management controller, I decided to use my skills and experience to help as many people as possible. With my co-manager, we combine data science and management control.

Dynamic and creative, I adapt management control to each director, need, or challenge. To do this, I build my support in close collaboration with establishment and territory directors, financial managers, and administrative technicians. Some examples:

• I support the budgeting process through group or individual seminars to assist with budget construction, monitoring, and re-forecasting.

• I help understand internal and external frameworks for management that is closely aligned with needs. This translates into supporting the preparation and follow-up of meetings with funders; assisting with the presentation of management frameworks; and supporting development, investment, or transformation projects.

• I analyze closing accounts and balance sheets to facilitate understanding between field activities and accounting conclusions.

• Preparation of budgets, their updates, and analysis of variances between forecasts and actuals;

• Elaboration of monthly closings: account review, provision calculation, stock release, intercompany reconciliation, and construction of P&Ls in Group format, analysis of gross margin and budget variances by subsidiary and by Group;

• Payroll monitoring: validation of recruitment requests, analysis of budget variances, calculation of provisions for bonuses, variable pay, and 13th month salary;

• Permanent activity monitoring and weekly dashboards for General Management;
