    I worked within a small company with high potential, integrated into a structuring and growth dynamic. Recruited to support its development, I held the position of sole manager of the customer service department and managed all after-sales missions.

    Upon my arrival, I identified several areas for improvement that required reorganization to optimize service efficiency and customer satisfaction. I proposed the use of a second SIM card dedicated to customer service, integrated into my personal phone.
