Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, managing inquiries and after-sales service. Manage sales orders in the ERP, validating data, prices, and commercial conditions. Generate and review invoices, as well as manage credit notes when necessary.

Provide order tracking and tracking numbers to clients. Resolve after-sales issues: delays, damaged orders, losses. Handle customer and sales team calls, offering clear and effective support. Maintain and update client files in the system. Coordinate with logistics and finance to ensure a proper after-sales experience.

Manage B2B and e-commerce orders, ensuring their correct processing and tracking. Process returns and manage incidents with clients and suppliers. Coordinate shipments and transport, providing tracking information. Support the finance department in invoicing and unpaid accounts control. Prepare order and sales tracking reports. Maintain constant communication with professional clients.

Manage B2B and e-commerce purchase and sales orders. Process orders from receipt to final delivery. Handle customer inquiries and manage after-sales incidents. Create and update client files (new entries, modifications). Manage returns, credit notes, and document reconciliation.
