Head of IT Development

Following my internal promotion, I took overall responsibility for IT development (frontend, backend, data, and mobile), with a cross-functional role across all technical teams. I manage several structured teams with leads (tech leads/team leads), overseeing organization, priorities, and deliverable quality.

My role involves defining technical strategy, ensuring architectural consistency, and guaranteeing system performance, reliability, and scalability. I also coordinate with product teams and business stakeholders to align development with business objectives.

I support teams in their skill development, implement best practices (quality, testing, monitoring), and oversee project execution, particularly for critical applications in finance and trading.

Head of Frontend at EasyBourse

As Head of Frontend, I managed, maintained, and evolved the EasyBourse web application developed in ReactJS and Next.js, within a trading platform context with high performance and reliability constraints. I led a frontend team, structured best practices (architecture, code quality, CI/CD), and actively contributed to technical decisions.

I implemented and automated non-regression tests (E2E) with Playwright, significantly improving the quality and stability of deliverables. I also maintained and evolved the mobile application in React Native (Expo), ensuring a consistent user experience between web and mobile.

In parallel, I contributed on the backend by developing features in PHP to manage Smarty and Twig interfaces, facilitating integration between different application layers. I worked closely with product and backend teams on complex topics related to order execution and real-time financial data management.
