Carried out a Microsoft infrastructure migration project including Active Directory, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and Remote Desktop Services (RDS), in a context of modernization, restructuring, or security compliance.

The project begins with an audit and assessment phase of the existing environment: analysis of the Active Directory topology (forests, domains, sites, GPOs), inventory of FSMO roles, review of domain controllers, audit of certification authorities (Root CA / Sub CA), certificate templates, CRLs, as well as the RDS architecture (Broker, Gateway, Session Host, Licensing).

Carried out a complete Microsoft 365 inter-tenant migration project in a context of restructuring, merger, or separation of entities. The main objective is to securely transfer all identities and collaborative data from a source tenant to a target tenant, while ensuring service continuity and a smooth user experience.

The project begins with an in-depth assessment phase: analysis of the existing architecture, inventory of identities, licenses, Exchange Online mailboxes, OneDrive accounts, SharePoint sites, and Microsoft 365 groups. This step identifies technical dependencies, security constraints, and organizational impacts.

Preparation of the target tenant includes configuring domains, implementing security and compliance policies, managing licenses, and aligning Azure AD / Entra ID settings. Particular attention is paid to temporary coexistence between the two environments to minimize user impact.
