I am a technology-oriented strategy consultant with over 20 years of international experience in developing and scaling digital business models – both in corporations and in the startup world. My focus is on designing and implementing technology-based innovations, particularly in the areas of artificial intelligence, cloud-based SaaS/PaaS solutions, and Conversational AI.
As a multiple CEO, CTO, and product owner, I have, among other things, led an AI startup from its founding to a successful exit, built digital platforms for tech corporations like Amazon, and implemented transformation programs for industrial companies. In doing so, I was always responsible for leading and scaling global, cross-functional teams of up to 300 employees, as well as for managing organizations with full P&L responsibility.
