Out of passion for manual work and the search for a new challenge, I was
trained and then created my own self-employed business in interior renovation as
an independent craftsman. This experience allowed me to use my skills
in project management to realize the desires of my clients:

project, 3D design, client workshops, costings, selection and management of service providers,
planning, execution of all non-structural lots, incident management

Change of position within the team to be dedicated to international clients and have a much more project-based approach VS the RUN performed previously.
Need for a technical vision of the entire application and DATA to be able to work with business teams to open the application for international clients.
User training was at the center of the work because the historical distrust of the team towards the application had to be overcome.
