My sweet spot is IT project management and delivery leadership at the interface of business, IT, engineering, operations and external providers. I translate technical dependencies into clear decisions, delivery plans and business-relevant priorities, so teams know what needs to happen, why it matters and how to move forward.

In recent projects, I led AWS platform and service delivery workstreams, coordinated monitoring, billing, release/go-live management, runbooks, hypercare and operational transitions. I also supported revenue-critical e-commerce initiatives from concept to go-live, including stakeholder alignment, A/B testing, UAT, performance topics and post-launch stabilisation.

What makes me different is the combination of technical platform understanding, structured project management and commercial thinking. My background in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling & Finance helps me evaluate initiatives not only by technical feasibility, but also by effort, risk, business value and operational impact.
