For 12 years now, I have been involved in various projects.

For a long time, I contributed to projects by providing legal expertise. Little by little, in my legal department, we developed and implemented project methodologies on different subjects.

Then, logically, I became a full-time project manager in 2018.

I work on different types of projects related to personal insurance:

- Regulatory and legal projects: IT system reliability related to regulatory changes, compliance, GDPR, fraud prevention, etc....

- Strategic projects: Management of the implementation of new individual contracts for key accounts, management of the optimization of benefits management for key accounts, etc....

- Technical projects: Management of technical configuration updates (contracts, technical reorganization, etc....)

- Innovative projects: Management of the development of mobile applications for specific key accounts, etc....

My vision of project management is that methodology can be applied to all fields. Scoping, costing, defining the scope, planning, monitoring the subject, team management, expected quality, etc... all these issues are found in the management of your projects and are applicable to your different fields (construction, aeronautics, biotechnology, digital, politics, etc....).
