Bepaid is a Web application that facilitates and automates SEPA direct debit payments. As the founder of Bepaid.eu, I carried out the development of our solution, focusing on code quality and reusability. Given the critical nature of financial transactions, I prioritized the development of a robust and well-designed system with a tested and reliable codebase. Furthermore, I was involved in the design and user experience aspects, striving to create an intuitive and user-friendly interface for users. This experience refined my technical leadership and strategic vision in the fintech space.

Alqemist is a collective of 12 expert entrepreneurs (designer, developer, marketer). Our specialty: designing, developing, and testing complex and ambitious products from a simple idea.

My role within the team was to lead the technical developments of our projects, translate client business requests into technical requirements, train our junior developers, and ensure project delivery within the defined deadlines. With Alqemist, I faced numerous technical and organizational challenges by collaborating on the development of over 20 web and mobile applications. These applications were related to many different fields and contexts, such as industrial applications, a complex e-commerce site for an online ticketing service, a custom payment solution for splitting payments among multiple stakeholders, extracting and managing large volumes of data for an automated marketing platform, etc.

2houses is a web and mobile application that helps separated parents communicate and organize for the well-being of their children. It is used by over 300,000 families worldwide. At 2houses, I led the company's technical development and managed a team of subcontractors in an Agile environment. My responsibilities included overseeing mobile developments with React Native as well as creating web solutions with Ruby on Rails. I also managed data collection, and supervised the deployment and maintenance of the infrastructure using AWS. Over the past eight years, we have successfully faced numerous challenges to best meet the growing demands of users, which involved improving the performance and reliability of the applications.
