The project was launched with a tight release deadline (February 14th, meaning 2 months to deliver), requiring pragmatic product and technical choices to deliver a usable first version, then progressively evolve the application.

🎨 Building web and mobile frontends in parallel for rapid iteration: Developing the application in React + TypeScript, careful integration of animations and interactions (swiper, drag & drop), and porting to a native application via Capacitor for iOS and Android.

🧠 Starting simple to ship fast, with anticipated migration for scaling: Implementing an initially Firebase-based backend (Firestore, Cloud Functions, FCM, Stripe), then migrating to PostgreSQL and a REST API to improve product maintainability, security, and scalability.
