Hey, I'm Martin - aspiring Creative Director, Strategist, and Content Creator.

Raised in Germany and creatively shaped in London and Amsterdam, I bring a true mix of international perspectives to every project. What am I best at? Developing captivating stories that touch people across different cultures and platforms.

For several years, I've primarily focused on social media, especially TikTok. From organic strategies to paid campaigns - I help brands find their unique voice in this dynamic world. Until recently, I worked at VaynerMedia as a Lead Creator and occasional Creative Director, helping brands like Indeed and Visa.

During my time at Vayner, I generated well over 100 million social media impressions in Germany and the UK. The best part? A 106% increase in conversions and an almost doubled view-through rate (VTR) since I took over.

But hey, numbers aren't everything. For me, creativity is the new targeting, and genuine content emerges where there's the courage to be unique. I firmly believe that the best campaigns arise from the perfect blend of strategic planning and creative storytelling. Whether as a strategist behind the scenes, a solo performer, or a team lead - my passion is to bring brands to life through creative marketing.

I have a particular soft spot for outdoor brands, but I'm always open to new challenges. My diverse background - from sales and account management to strategy and team leadership - makes me a true all-rounder who feels equally comfortable in agencies and as a freelancer.

I am currently available and working remotely from Portugal, but I am also frequently on-site in Germany, mostly in Cologne and Berlin.
