I am Martin Kohl, co-founder and managing director of New Generation HR.

My journey began in finance as a savings bank administrator, where I quickly took on leadership and personnel responsibilities. Since 2005, I have dedicated myself to consulting on HR matters and have continuously expanded my expertise in consulting, projects, processes, organization, and execution in leadership positions.

My passion for HR, IT, and outsourcing projects led me to the management of an expanding medium-sized manufacturing company in 2018. As COO, I was responsible for HR, as well as QM, IT, projects, logistics, and production. Transformation and scaling of the company were my main tasks.

I realized my dream of designing HR areas digitally and future-oriented by founding New Generation HR.
