After 30 years of intensive practice, I know the challenges from every perspective when corporate processes and quality no longer align. The consequences are usually declining order intake and falling sales figures.

Management comes under pressure to act. Often, salvation is sought in a new ERP system, an AI solution, or other software. Short-term and usually counterproductive measures are taken: short-time work (hoping for improvement), product price increases (accepting the loss of regular customers), or staff reductions (loss of knowledge).

Success in medium-sized businesses is not achieved through any software or AI solution. It is achieved by regaining clarity and a deep understanding of one's own processes.

Management must understand again:

- What are we doing?

- How are we doing it?

- Why are we doing it the way we are doing it?

- What and for what purpose are we doing it?

Do we measurably know what the market, customers, and prospects really want?

Another crucial point: purely rational concepts completely forget that behind them are people with values, motives, wishes, and needs. These are rarely included in the consideration of the improvement or change process.

This is where my concept comes in – BUT NOT AS A CONSULTANT! Consultants explain the world to you, there are thousands of them on the market.

I am an enabler. Someone who is called when the situation has already escalated. When real turning points are imminent – from process improvement and optimization to process automation and digitalization.

With my background as a business administrator (DQR 7), my certified training as a business coach, psychological counselor, and Agile Scrum Master, as well as 30 years of project experience in the IT and ERP business, I guide companies and people crisis-proof through change. Focused on measurable impact, rather than the superficial appearance of PowerPoint slides.
