Freelance Design System Manager, specializing in the creation and management of design systems for complex, multi-brand digital ecosystems (Sofitel, Novotel, and others). On assignment for Accor, I designed a complete design system covering both web and iOS/Android applications. My expertise includes applying best practices, writing guidelines adapted to a multi-brand environment, and supporting teams in harmonizing user experiences while respecting the unique identity of each brand. Passionate about optimizing design-development workflows, I transform challenges into innovative solutions to improve the consistency and efficiency of digital products.

As Lead Product Designer, I led two successive strategic missions for the company, each having a major impact on its operations and performance: 1. Global redesign of the worldwide legal platform My first mission was to significantly reduce the number of legal tools used globally, from about ten to half a dozen. This ambitious project allowed the company to achieve annual savings of several hundred million euros, while increasing the efficiency and consistency of legal workflows. I completely rethought the user experience and interfaces, designing an intuitive solution adapted to highly regulated environments. This success demonstrated the direct impact of a user-centered approach on large-scale digital transformation. 2. Redesign of cybersecurity interfaces Following the success of this first project, I was tasked with completely rethinking the user experience and interfaces of cybersecurity tools. The objective was to simplify and optimize these solutions to better meet critical digital security challenges. Although I left before the finalization of this project, I was able to lay a solid foundation for a modernized user experience, aimed at raising user awareness and improving risk management. These two successive missions demonstrated my ability to lead complex projects, generate significant return on investment, and collaborate effectively with international and multidisciplinary teams.

As part of the IT offering redesign for GRTgaz, I designed a custom design system to meet the company's specific needs. This design system helped structure and harmonize interfaces while facilitating technical development. Following this initial project, I extended this initiative company-wide by creating a global design system. It was designed to:

• Accelerate development through reusable components and clear documentation.

• Strengthen interface consistency across multi-team and multi-project environments.

• Support the ecological transition by simplifying digital tools for employees and promoting rapid adoption of new solutions. This collaboration was an opportunity to demonstrate how a design system can play a key role in the innovation and digital transformation of a large industrial group.
