▪ Design Systems:Creation, iteration, and maintenance of modular and scalable design systems for various products. Example: Development of a complete and multi-product design system for Altaroc, aligning with the brand's new visual identity.

▪ Product Design:Audit and benchmark of existing interfaces to identify areas for improvement. Creation of user journeys and definition of project issues. Wireframing and mockups of MVP solutions, interactive prototyping, and user testing to iterate on implemented designs.

▪ Facilitation and collaboration:Leading workshops with stakeholders to co-define product objectives and align teams around the strategy.

Participation in the complete redesign of the Livestorm website and brand during its rapid growth phase. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary design team, including a Lead Designer, two Web Designers, a Social Media Graphic Designer, a Motion Designer, and a 3D Artist.

Website Redesign and Scalable Design System Implementation:Aligning the website with the brand identity and strategic objectives, particularly in terms of converting visitors into active users. Creation of modular components allowing for quick adaptations to product needs.

UX/UI Optimization for Conversion:Cross-functional work with Marketing, Product, Sales, Development, and Data Analysts teams to develop user-centered interfaces, enhanced by data collected through tools like Hotjar and Google Analytics. (Conducting user testing to iterate and continuously improve website performance.)

Branding and Visual Asset Creation:Production of visual elements aligned with brand identity to promote features and pricing. Development of dedicated pages for marketing campaigns, ensuring team autonomy in their adaptations.

Audits, Benchmarks, and Design Methodology:Analysis of existing interfaces and identification of improvement points. Creation of wireframes and prototypes, and maintenance of the Design System on Figma.

Improved conversion rates and strengthened visual identity consistency across all digital touchpoints. Implementation of an efficient workflow for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Worked within a design agency specializing in B2B SaaS, composed of a team of about 15 designers with various expertise (UX Research, screen design and high-fidelity prototypes, workshop facilitation, etc.).
