• Responsible for management reportability and more than 100 projects under Waterfall and Agile methodologies, using advanced dashboards in Power BI and DAX for the visualization of key indicators for decision making.

• Coordination of a team of 5 people, ensuring compliance with activities, risk control and efficient delivery of services to the client.

• Implementation of monitoring and task assignment systems to improve team performance and customer response.

• Management of connections and queries to client systems to feed reports, publishing them on online platforms with periodic updates.

• Management of large volumes of data (more than one million records), applying information cleaning and stabilization processes, as well as continuous improvements in existing reports.

• Close collaboration with the PMO team and transition executives to ensure efficient project management within the established deadlines.

• Mapping and documentation of operational and support processes, with a focus on improving efficiency and compliance with sector standards. Management of meetings and workshops with key stakeholders and business specialists to align expectations, identify specific requirements and ensure the viability of the proposed solutions.

• Elaboration of business architectures through the TOGAF methodology that reflect the organizational and operational structure, ensuring that processes and technologies are aligned with strategic objectives.

• Documentation of the process and technology architecture, identifying workflows, applications and critical systems, and ensuring the integration of the technologies used in the mining operation.

• Collection and structuring of relevant data for decision making, providing a comprehensive view of the business that facilitates the management of risks and opportunities.

• Responsible for ensuring the creation of procedures related to the process and operation of the project, safety analysis, updating of material risks and support model.

• Ensure the preparation, updating and effective execution of operational and safety processes for the implementation of drills with remote connection, ensuring a successful transition to remote operations and mitigating critical risks at the site.

• Update and maintain operational and safety documentation related to the implementation of the drill at the site.

• Collaborate in the implementation of strategies that reduce critical material risks due to interaction of autonomous machinery or geotechnical risks, contributing to the prevention of fatalities through the management of System Safety BHP.

• Actively participate in Organizational Change Management processes for the integration of remote operations in pre-cut drills.

• Facilitate the adoption of new technologies and methodologies by the operational team, ensuring a smooth and effective implementation.
