• Budgetary control (budget, actual vs. forecast, re-forecasting phases, Medium-Term Plan, performance plan, Business Plans).

• Modeling of the long-term trajectory based on normative KPIs (CAPEX, EBITDA).

• Formalization of processes for developing new tools for various financial directors.

• Creation of dashboards dedicated to annual performance reviews.

• Implementation and harmonization within different departments of a new budgetary management file compliant with IT department rules.

• Production of analytical presentations for Financial Departments.

• Use of EMS (Energy Management System) and monitoring of interoperability between different accounting and non-accounting tools.

• Key contact for departmental management support and project managers (budgetary arbitration, cost synthesis…).

• Statutory audit assignments under French GAAP and IFRS for international groups, mid-sized companies, and SMEs.

• Internal control monitoring (process review), audit threshold calculation, and definition of audit scope.

• Analytical review of statutory and consolidated financial statements and drafting of summary reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, KPIs, Cash Flow Statement, Working Capital Requirements, etc.).

• Audit work on financing and market topics and on various accounting cycles (provisions, suppliers, equity, customer receivables aging, review of external expenses, etc.).

• Drafting of mission reports for partners and presentation of annual accounts after analysis of financial statements.
