Five years of operational coordination and management in an international SME, including the deployment of a management tool across eight countries (15 people supervised, 25% reduction in errors, 50% gain in processing speed). Then one year in the general services of Safran Saint-Marcel, writing functional specifications (sprinkler fire suppression system for 10,000 m², techno-economic feasibility study for an uninterruptible power supply, air conditioning redesign under new regulatory constraints) and managing the compliance of industrial equipment.
