I am a project manager, companion, and energy mentor with all senses in the field of commercial project management with and without an IT connection. I support companies and organizations in structuring and purposefully initiating their (project) endeavors, carrying them out with connection and high energy, and successfully completing them. The focus is on the human being with all their facets.

As a FREELANCER, I am part of the project team and support the planning and realization of projects. I take on individual task packages or leadership roles in the project, and if necessary, I also bring in my own approaches and methods.

As a MENTOR, I support project stakeholders and project leaders in their daily project work. To successfully master projects, we consider the building blocks of PROJECT, PEOPLE, and ENERGY in their interplay – tailored individually to the specific structures and requirements of your company or organization. My holistic project management approach combines structured project work, interpersonal (needs- and attachment-oriented) communication, and energetic methods that consider the energy flow of individuals or groups.

We create a focused, positive, and appreciative work atmosphere that allows space for personal growth and develop a team that gladly takes responsibility and calmly masters project challenges. Together, we discover that projects can also be successful with ease 🪶.
