I'm Change Management and Operations professional with experience supporting digital transformation initiatives and cross-functional teams in complex organizational environments.

At Amadeus IT Group, I contributed to different transformation programs, including a global ServiceNow rollout impacting more than 30,000 users, and a deployment of new operating model across the department. My work focused on helping teams navigate change through clear communication, structured documentation, and strong operational coordination.

I support organizations with:

• Documentation, knowledge bases, and process improvement

• Internal communication for system rollouts

• Cross-team coordination and operational support

• Preparation of reports, presentations, and structured project materials

I am highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with distributed teams and large user communities. My toolkit includes ServiceNow, Confluence, and Microsoft Office, and I collaborate closely with product, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of new systems and processes.

Alongside consulting work, I am also building Pinory, a travel-focused digital product exploring new ways to capture memories through places. This gives me additional perspective on product thinking, user experience, and agile ways of working.
