- Design/production of a questionnaire for the partners, adapted to ANGA's specific needs.

- Development of the content for the Strategic Alignment workshop. - Facilitation of the workshop over several half-days: Brand Identity, Strategic Alignment.
- Production of a summary document, in which the results of the work done together are organized and presented. This document serves as a strategic guideline, which ANGA can refer to at any time, for both important decision-making and the development of its communication.
- Development of a complementary module for ANGA to continue moving forward outside the workshop: Communication Pillars.
