    • Design/production of a questionnaire for the partners, adapted to ANGA's specific needs.
    • Preparatory analysis/synthesis.
    • Development of the content for the Strategic Alignment workshop. Eliciting the desires/needs of each partner, followed by analysis and positioning of the ANGA brand: Topics covered include (Desires & Motivation - Values & Mission - Vision & Ambition - Current Perception - Strengths / Differentiation / Weaknesses - Positioning & Promise - Products & Value Proposition - Target Audiences & Market).
    • Facilitation of the workshop over several half-days: Brand Identity, Strategic Alignment.
    • Production of a summary document, in which the results of the work done together are organized and presented. This document serves as a strategic guideline, which ANGA can refer to at any time, for both important decision-making and the development of its communication.
    • Development of a complementary module for ANGA to continue moving forward outside the workshop: Communication Pillars.
