With a background in Psychology and specializations in Psychopedagogy and Educational Guidance, I have always oriented my career towards empathy, active listening, and support. These values have guided my transition to the organizational field, where I currently work as a Talent Acquisition specialist at Konecta.

I manage selection processes holistically: from understanding requirements and posting vacancies to attraction, interviews, candidate follow-up, and onboarding coordination. My experience spans both generalist and specialized profiles, in sectors such as energy, construction, logistics, and call centers.

Additionally, I actively participate in talent training and retention initiatives, collaborating with various internal departments to ensure a smooth experience aligned with business objectives.
