Marta Arroyo Blázquez

As a Community Associate, I am responsible for the daily operation of the workspace and ensuring an excellent experience for clients and visitors.

My duties include reception and customer service, managing meeting room bookings, administrative support, coordinating services and incidents, organizing and supporting events, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with different teams to ensure the smooth running of operations. My goal is to provide a friendly, efficient, and professional service, creating a welcoming environment and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

I simultaneously performed the functions of receptionist and yoga instructor, combining customer service with teaching classes and supporting the daily operation of the center. I was responsible for reception and service to members and visitors, managing calls, emails, bookings, and administrative tasks, as well as organizing schedules and resolving incidents. In parallel, I designed and taught yoga classes adapted to different levels, fostering a welcoming environment and contributing to customer well-being and loyalty. This experience allowed me to develop strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and customer-focused skills.

As an educator in supported housing, I accompanied individuals in their process of autonomy and social inclusion, offering support in daily life activities and promoting the development of personal and social skills. My responsibilities included individualized user monitoring, planning and supervision of routines, socio-educational intervention, incident management, coordination with other professionals and external resources, and the preparation of records and reports. This experience strengthened my communication, empathy, conflict resolution, teamwork, and ability to act responsibly and sensitively in complex situations.
