Context: Lead the Simulation Manager project for LiveServices.

Wordline/Ingenico Group is a company specializing in payment services, among the world leaders in the payment terminal market.

Context: Lead the Global API projects.

Global on terminal API: Allows an Android business application developed by an Ingenico ISV (Independent Software Vendor) partner to run on any Android device to control and interact with any Ingenico terminal, thus enabling the integration of payment-related components.

Saur is a French group in the water and sanitation sector. Its main activity is the delegated management of services for local authorities. It is also active in the market for engineering and construction of water treatment facilities.

Context: Lead projects in the intervention department.

• Organize workshops with the business unit to frame, analyze, detail, and structure requirements.

• Decompose business needs into lots.

• Manage the backlog.

• Schedule production deployment dates.

• Prepare and validate testing: Define the testing strategy.

• Validate deliverables with business management: Ensure the consistency and completeness of requirements expressed by the business management.

• Organize follow-up workshops with users: Prioritize user feedback for the pilot production version and train users on new features.

• Monitor budget.

• Plan roadmap.

• Identify project risks.

• Lead projects and write project status reports for senior management.

Projects:

1. Formul+ Web/Mobile Application: The Formul+ project involves the development of an Android mobile and web application for delivering reports of controls performed to individual and corporate clients of Saur.

The project team: 4 backend developers, 3 mobile developers, 3 BAs, 1 designer, and 1 front-end developer.

Technical Environment: .NET Core, Android, Swagger, GIT / Azure DevOps.

2. Design and implementation of the CPQ Salesforce solution for Margin Corridor/Hydro-cleaning Quotation project: The Margin Corridor/Hydro-cleaning Quotation project aims to launch a Proof of Concept (POC) to improve the efficiency of TPCan/PE Works and Hydro-cleaning activities at Saur.

The Salesforce CPQ improves business volume by enhancing quotation issuance and evolving the sales coefficient from a fixed value to a margin adapted to the context.

The mission involves configuring CPQ, managing the application as a Salesforce CPQ system administrator, and training pilot users.

• Validation of the POC on Salesforce CRM-CPQ for quotation management and project initiation.

• Management of business requests.

• Project framing with ACCENTURE (DEV and Business teams).

• Development and guarantee of execution of the schedule.

• Risk identification.

• Budget monitoring.

• Preparation of Salesforce CPQ training materials for users and trainers.

• Preparation of testing specifications and tests.

• Organization of steering committee and project review meetings.
