Marouane Fazouane

On the technical side, I was mainly doing fullstack: React/Typescript on the frontend and Django/Python on the backend. I also did data engineering for a few months (Spark/Scala). Development of web applications, analyses, data visualization, internal nocode tools, etc.

As a Lead developer: Team management, Strategic vision, Backlog refinement and detailed technical specifications / design docs, Code sustainability, Testing culture, Code review, Training, Dojos and Documentation.

I contributed to the development of a SaaS solution for after-sales service/reverse logistics.

- I led a team of five people on the front-end and constantly worked on improving the productivity of the team and the quality of the product deployed.

- We worked in a monorepo context with 10+ reusable packages, 4 React web apps, and a knowledge base that we maintain and which contributes to simplifying the onboarding of new hires.

- On the technical side, we used React, Jest, Cypress, Redux/Redux-Saga, Lodash, ImmutableJs, and Styled-Components.

I primarily developed within the MyHedge team; a web application to track Forex risk for the bank's client companies. I regularly use C#/OWIN for the backend and Javascript/Angular.js for the frontend. I also had the opportunity to work with other technologies during this mission (react, angular, webpack, powershell, msbuild, nginx, ...).
