• • Anticipate obsolescence risks with a minimum 12-month forward visibility, reduce reactive obsolescence events, and deploy an automated monitoring and alerting framework fully integrated with engineering and program processes, while meeting cost and schedule constraints. Key Activities

• • Define and lead the system-level obsolescence management strategy in compliance with IEC 62402, fully embedded within aerospace program governance.

• • Perform obsolescence risk analyses on critical hardware and software components (avionics, electronics, COTS), including prioritization and mitigation planning.

• • Specify, lead, and deploy an automated obsolescence monitoring and alerting solution, covering system architecture, BPMN business process modeling, dashboards, and alert rules.

• • Specify and oversee the development of an automated alerting system interfacing ERP and PLM, ensuring real time data synchronization, configuration traceability, and actionable alerts for support program teams.

• • Provide operational management of two obsolescence analyst consultants, including task allocation, skills development, performance monitoring, and quality of deliverables.

• • Deliver structured reporting and decision support to program management through KPIs, dashboards, and quantified recommendations. Results:

• • Increased the monthly obsolescence analysis and alerting rate by a factor of 4, enabling systematic and continuous monitoring of the full BOM.

• • Achieved early detection of obsolescence risks with an average lead time of 12–18 months prior to end-of-life.

• • Specified and delivered an automated obsolescence alerting system interfacing ERP and PLM, ensuring real time data synchronization, traceability, and actionable alerts for support program teams.

• • Monitoring warranty contracts to ensure returns of defective products; ensuring compliance of delivered products with the applicable configuration (using PLM Windchill);

• • Managing corrective and preventive actions (such as implementing failure testing, FMECA process, 8D methods);

• • Defining and managing action plans in collaboration with production, development, internal and external subcontracting teams, and leading "Technical Anomaly Reports" commissions;

• • Establishing a KPI dashboard for all activities (such as PALMA anomaly reports, JIRA Intervention Forms, FAT/ SAT, Quality Exam Reports, and delivery monitoring).

• • Manufacturing of measurement instruments in Hemostasis / Biology and pharmaceuticals. Mission

• • Justify the ability of the system to be maintained at an optimal cost. Activities and achievements:

• • Conduct FMECA, LSA and maintainability studies on 2 versions of a hemostasis measurement system (In Vitro Diagnostics)

• • Implement a modular documentation management system (Process-Procedure-Data Module) using Office

• • Write procedures for thermal setting and verification, maintenance, installation, and software updates

• • Train D-Level and ASS technicians in the application of the procedures.

• • Monitor supplier contracts in the development of specific tools, warranty period.

• • Develop and manage the configuration of standard and specific tools. Audit suppliers for potential serialization of developed tools.

• • Develop several types of maintenance contracts for customers: study customer needs, forecast availability, and forecast sales.

• • Dimension the technician team necessary for commercialization kick-off.

• • Perform on-site interventions (internally and externally: APHP, Cerballiance Lille...): preventive and corrective maintenance, retrofit, deployment and adjustment of systems

• • Project management: deliverables for prototypes, pre-series 1 and 2 and commercial version milestones (Quality, Cost, Time)

• • Definition of business processes for the ILS service using SysML and UML

• • Management of two consultants to help achieve the objective of writing deliverables

• • Planning of deliverables and resource management using MS Project

• • Order standard and specific tools for D-Level technicians (Budget 50k€) Results:
