I manage the logistics production of events such as conferences, seminars, training days, roadshows, corporate parties, etc. My role: to ensure each step with precision.

I start by sourcing suppliers based on the needs expressed in the client's specifications, then I build a detailed schedule (retroplanning and interventions of each) to ensure smooth and flawless organization. I write the roadbook, supplier briefs, and the technical director's script when necessary, to guarantee the smooth running of each action.

On the D-day, I am fully involved: reactive, I quickly find solutions to deal with any unforeseen situation. In parallel, I supervise follow-up meetings with detailed minutes.

I also participate in the overall management of events and content support for seminars, ensuring consistency between the message and its implementation.

Autonomous, but also comfortable in a team, I adapt to all types of profiles to ensure the harmony and success of projects.
