• Designed and established a metadata-driven platform integrating enterprise and operational systems through batch, CDC and real-time streaming, with governed self-service for business consumers.

• Led the distributed capability of architects, engineers and developers - direct, technical and matrix leadership - and standardized hiring, onboarding, mentoring and delivery practices.

• Partnered with VP- and director-level leaders to identify high-value opportunities, assess technical and commercial viability, prioritize investment and co-create data strategy, vision and platform roadmaps.

• Acted as trusted translator and decision partner between executives, business functions, enterprise architecture, security, OT and engineering teams - providing rare cross-business-area visibility in a federated organization.

• Founded and led the Data Engineering Academy - repeatable upskilling, mentoring and knowledge-transfer paths that grew a new generation of internal engineers.

• Led modernization and migration of 12 legacy solutions into a newly refactored governed cloud data platform - the organization's trusted single source of truth.

• Integrated 70+ source systems; architected and oversaw delivery of 20+ data products across previously fragmented solution areas.

• Led and mentored a cross-functional team of 16 data, BI and operations professionals; worked with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize migration, manage delivery risk and drive adoption.
