Monitoring and updating the QSE action plan. Conducting Quality of Life at Work (QVT) and customer satisfaction surveys, with the writing of analysis reports. Writing and updating quality procedures as well as the technical file. Codifying and structuring the documents of the integrated management system. Creating awareness materials and facilitating awareness sessions on quality issues. Participating in the organization of the management review.
