I guide and advise national and international companies in the implementation and management of financial systems, in both simple and complex application landscapes.

As an experienced application consultant and functional application manager with a financial administrative and business administration background, I am at home in both development and management. With that financial experience and my IT experience, I also fulfill a bridging role between IT and other business processes.

From experience, I know that I function best in projects where users need a good sparring partner in terms of content and technical aspects; who has an overview of the framework within which the financial processes take place; and who does not lose sight of the other business processes and business policy. After all, systems function by the grace of their users. In addition to focusing on the functional, I ensure as a trainer that users get the full benefit from their (new) applications. I focus on results and solutions, thus forming the link between 'hard skills' and 'soft skills'.

I also show my social side on the work floor. I assemble teams, manage them, and provide the connecting element. I consider humor important in this. Here too, I seamlessly switch between development and management. This human aspect is clearly present in my interactions with clients. I receive feedback that I am good at gaining the trust of clients and maintaining contact with clients and suppliers.
