When it matters, at the start of a project, in complex situations, or under other difficult conditions, owners and executives seek a moderator or process facilitator.

I receive the goals and topics of the meeting(s) as guidelines, from which I create a plan and an agenda with methods and timing. I guide the participants to the agreed-upon goal, whether it's a team day for getting to know each other, a workshop for a new project, or other challenges. Groups of 3 to 80 people book me for this for up to three days.
