Built EditWise end to end, a multi-tenant SaaS for agencies: ASP.NET Core backend, JS frontend, MSSQL, Azure. Project management, invoicing, time tracking, file versioning, and branded client portals, shipping multiple releases a week. Built an AI virtual project manager into EditWise that reads live agency data, then flags delays, process breakdowns, and deliverables at risk of missing their deadline before anyone on the team notices. Added a natural-language assistant on top of the same data so anyone can ask about project status, statistics, and raw numbers in plain English and get grounded answers, no dashboard required. Architected payment processing, subscription billing, and multi-tenant data isolation. Hired and lead a team of 8 (4 developers, 4 specialists) with code review, CI/CD, and a weekly release cadence.

Led the design of the AI integration for IBM's QMF data platform rebuild, defining how AI-powered data discovery would work end to end and directing the implementation partner against that design. Architected secure, agent-based communication for querying enterprise data behind corporate firewalls, so AI features could reach the data without ever exposing it. Designed the metadata database structures the discovery layer runs on. Set product roadmap, sprint priorities, and architecture decisions for a Fortune 500 data platform, running a cross-functional team of 9 across Serbia, Greece, and Egypt.

Led 5 to 6 senior engineers on GitHub's CI/CD platform, owning priorities, delivery, and stakeholder communication at scale. Designed GitHub Actions workflows and reusable templates that standardized CI/CD across thousands of repositories. Implemented Azure authentication patterns: OIDC federation, Managed Identity, and Service Principals. Authored runbooks and led incident response, with team throughput consistently recognized by GitHub full-time staff. Drove cloud infrastructure optimization for GitHub Codespaces across a TypeScript and Azure codebase.
