Marko Taskovic

I help industrial and manufacturing companies build supply chains that actually work — from sourcing strategy and vendor networks to operational processes and team capability.

With 15 years of hands-on experience across apparel, automotive, and clean energy, I’ve built supply chains from scratch in environments where there was no playbook to follow. Most recently as a consultant for Topsoe, I’ve been part of the team behind Europe’s first industrial-scale SOEC electrolyzer facility in Herning, Denmark — managing greenfield procurement, Balance of Plant sourcing, and initiating a full Service Parts Strategy for high-temperature PtX installations.

Before that, nearly 9 years at Geox managing procurement, logistics, warehouse operations, and a network of production subcontractors across 5 countries. I also founded and built Drago Logistics from zero — an automotive express freight company serving JIT manufacturing clients.

I work best on projects involving supply chain assessment, procurement strategy, greenfield operations setup, S&OP implementation, and process improvement in industrial or manufacturing environments.

TÜV SÜD Certified in Green Hydrogen (2026). Fluent in English, Italian, Serbian and French.
