Marjorie Hebrard

Since 2008, Marjorie Hébrard has been coaching executives and senior managers from various fields and organizations (banking, insurance, NGOs, ministries) on the impact of their public speaking and the quality of their interpersonal communication.

With a degree from the Ecole Nationale Louis Lumière, and a parallel career as an actress and a manager in American and French companies (notably as a production manager for a team of special effects and computer-generated imagery for film), Marjorie Hébrard is interested in the creative process as a driver of change and the powerful leverage that quality public speaking represents for contributing to collective intelligence. She became a psychosociologist and oral communication consultant, and since 2008 has been coaching teams, managers, senior executives, and professionals from various fields on the impact and quality of their public speaking.

Drawing from the diversity of her background, she founded her perspective and pedagogy: Listen to different representations; unfold complexity through a better understanding of people and situations; do not reduce people to a single expression; support their change and their impact within the collective through the emergence of clear, lively, and effective communication, based on quality listening, the pleasure of relating to others, the discovery of their creativity, and the valorization of their own style.
