Naturally curious and passionate about horse riding, I have explored several of my interests throughout my professional life.

I spent several years as an ergonomist with a particular focus on actions related to disability in the workplace (training, prevention, adjustments, etc.). Risk prevention being also one of my favorite topics, I have been recognized as an IPRP (Professional Risk Prevention Officer) since 2010.

In 2023, I decided to add a new string to my bow by completing the ActionTypes® Approach training, which highlights individual motor preferences and associated cognitive processes.

From this alliance of Ergonomics - Motor Preferences - Equine Passion, the Equi Mov'Up Coaching® project was born, a unique training program in France that allows you to work on your soft skills, team cohesion, etc., through individual motor preferences and equicoaching mediated by our partner horses.

I therefore offer services in very diverse fields as I am an ergonomist, IPRP, trainer, co-owner of an equicoaching brand, specialist in mental preparation for the French Equestrian Federation, and equine sports masseur. Although seemingly disparate at first glance, all these activities have one thing in common: the Human, with individual needs, functioning, group dynamics, and the specificities of each person.

Given all my activities, which I am passionate about, I am ideally looking for freelance positions to maintain an open mind and dedicate time to my various fields of activity. My SASU is recognized as a training organization and has a declaration of activity number.

I am mobile throughout France for occasional short assignments of a few days at the client's site (observations, meetings, training...) or for longer periods around the Marseille region.
