As a freelancer, I draw on my entrepreneurial experience since the age of 18 and my management skills to organize projects, plan, manage unforeseen events, and collaborate in teams. Training over 450 employees both in person and remotely also allows me to adapt to different audiences by offering personalized training to meet their needs.
