After creating my talent acquisition agency in the digital field for 10 years, I returned to employment from 2018 to 2021 to participate in the development of a fully remote company (in which I am still a shareholder).

The challenge was rich in actions to be taken.

As the 1st HR Director in France in a startup/scale-up to have transitioned its teams to 100% native remote from 11 to 125 people, I can say that I have gone through all possible difficulties and all the questions one might ask when being the HR of a company that practices remote work.
