Holder of a degree in accounting expertise, I am registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants of France as well as with the Versailles Court of Appeal as an Auditor.

Throughout my professional career, I have been involved in various and diverse missions. These include acquisition audits, contribution and merger audits, design and implementation of consolidation processes, consolidated accounts audits, CFO replacements, and project monitoring.

I therefore have solid experience in finance (management, accounting, consolidation, risk analysis) as well as legal analysis skills, which are essential in a highly fluctuating environment.

I primarily focus on project management (process implementation, ERP launch, compliance with French GAAP/IFRS legislation, reporting, dashboards, cash flow statements, business plans, cost analysis and management, financial analysis process launch and deployment, performance management with cross-functional analysis, definition and launch of management accounting with definition of axes for optimized coverage of company activities).

I also undertake CFO or RAF replacement roles and ensure knowledge transfer at the end of my mission through training and a procedure manual.

My affinity for finance was demonstrated by writing a thesis on the financial valuation of patents and options, creating Excel tools for this purpose. This thesis is published on the website of the Order of Chartered Accountants.
