As part of securing privileged access, I led the migration of administrators to the CyberArk bastion solution, a strategic project to strengthen the company's cybersecurity. My role consisted of coordinating technical and business teams, planning deployment phases while minimizing operational disruptions.

I started by mapping privileged accounts and identifying the specific needs of the teams, in order to adapt the CyberArk configuration to their workflows. Particular attention was paid to user training to ensure smooth adoption, as well as to process documentation to ensure sustainable maintenance.

The migration was carried out in waves, with rigorous testing at each stage to validate compliance with security policies. Thanks to transparent communication and proactive management of resistance to change, the project was successfully completed within the allotted time, significantly reducing the risks associated with uncontrolled access.

This experience allowed me to develop expertise in security project management and change management, while strengthening the organization's overall security posture.

Lead the development of systems and parts for the Connectivity department, taking into account stakeholder requirements and the technical roadmap for two major company projects;

Incorporate cybersecurity requirements and ensure their integration into Onboard and Offboard architectures.

Build and guarantee the department's budget (internal and supplier resource budget, investments);

Arbitrate and decide on technical evolutions of multimedia products, in line with project requirements;

Report on project milestone progress in management committees;

Feed monitoring dashboards and report regularly, identifying risks incurred

Manage and anticipate risks and uncertainties on the project

Achieve technical convergence and project development in a multi-brand contractual environment: Partnership with a German, a Japanese, and a Swedish manufacturer.
