Context: The Data & AI Department of Moët Hennessy launched an agile transformation to optimize the rapid and quality delivery of Data and AI projects, using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks. I was responsible for supporting this transformation through several strategic initiatives.

❖ Raising awareness among IT Directors about agile practices and mindset

❖ Coaching and supporting Scrum Masters and Product Owners in their practices

❖ Implementing the SAFe framework to improve inter-team collaboration and synergies (2 trains, 120 people)

❖ Facilitating collaborative workshops to improve engagement and productivity

❖ Creating and distributing a monthly newsletter for 90 stakeholders

❖ Designing an Agile KPIs dashboard (Power BI, Jira)

Context: As part of the Digital, Data, and Methodological Transformation of MGEN, the SAFe Framework was implemented to meet MGEN's strategic ambitions with the launch of the DATA Train.

❖ Agile acculturation and training for 3 Scrum teams

❖ Methodological, process, and tooling support for the teams

❖ Production of monitoring indicators

❖ Facilitation of exchanges between teams

❖ Agent for the dissemination of the Agile method

❖ Monitoring of team work and delivery

Context: Disney undertook a strategic project to redesign its reservation and hotel management system. This redesign significantly impacts the data flow to datamarts used by business units such as Data Management and Decision Support Reporting, responsible for providing past activity analyses and forecasts. It was therefore important to ensure data quality through anomaly correction and UAT phases.
